• Proof of purchase is required

Non-Returnable Items

• Opened or used essential oil products
• Items damaged due to misuse

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of approval or rejection.

If approved:

• Refunds will be processed to your original payment method (PayPal)
• Processing time: 5–10 business days

Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
